When am I Charged?
When you first join, you are not charged yet. Charges start processing on the 1st of the following month at 12 AM PT.
Patreon rolls out charges in waves, and while vast majority will be charged at that time... it can take a couple days for all charges to complete.

I just joined, where is the access code?
When you first join, you are not charged yet. You will get the access code sent via ptreon messages and email around by the 4th of the month.
While you can see the patreon content, you do not have access to the codes/club shop until the following month once you are charged.
As mentioned, this is donebecause Patreon rolls out charges in waves, and while vast majority will be charged at that time... it can take a couple days for all charges to complete. The codes are sent in a mass email, so we try to wait until majority is charged before sending out codes.

I got charged after codes are sent out. Can I get the code?
Yep! As long as the charge went through! If you are one of the people who had to correct a payment, etc and was charged later in the month, please email us [support@mamobot.com] , and we can veirfy and give you your codes.
Reminder: Patreon only charges members for whichever selected tier they were on 12 AM PT of the 1st. If you join anytime past 11:59 PM PT of the previous month, you won't be charged until the following month.

How long do the access codes last?
Previous month codes are active until new codes are sent so you should never be without a usable code if you’re an ongoing patron.

Will I get my code before the reveal/1st newsletter of the month?
Yes, if you are properly charged, codes will always be sent out before or alongisde the launch of the first newsletter of the month. You will get a message in your patreon communication/messages tab. You will also get an email with the message as well.

When do rewards ship out, and how do I know which rewards I am getting?
Rewards are sent out typically by the end of the month charged, but may be sent a little earlier or later depending on production factors.
----For rewards, you will be pledging for the following month as you will not be charged until the 1st if you just joined.
EX).
The JANUARY reward package is revealed in early DECEMBER. You have by the end of the month to decide if you want it without a charge.
If you pledged the patreon anytime from DEC 1st - DEC 31st @ 11:59 PM PT , you will be charged JAN 1st @ 12 AM PT.
You will receive the JAN package for being charged in JAN.

When do slots reopen?
Slots may reopen periodically during the month, and usually towards the end of the month! However, if there is no luck,
We open unlimited Prestige Club Slots every 4 months. So in reopenings will be in DEC 2025 > APRIL 2026 > SEPT 2026!
We also may have some leftovers in the club shop in the future that the [SUPPORT BOT] tier has access to! Quantities for leftovers are generally more limited.
At this time, only Presitige Tier Slots are available.
We have discontinued the $15 original tier as that was a grandfathered price from 2017. Yes, we have been operating this patreon for almost 9 years now and that price is no longer feasible for a rising pin, sticker, and shipping costs as shipping is covered in that pricing! Members on this tier are grandfathered in at this time, but it is subject to change in the future. Until then, members in this tier will still be honored it, but no additional slots will be opened for it.

What is the END OF YEAR Prestige Gift?
This started in 2025, but we are doing in for 2026 as well as a fun reward for supporting the patrons! We have grown so much over the last 9 years, so we want to add more perks!
If you were part of the Prestige Tier all year, we will include a special gift with your Dec package! When you joined last month, your tier will have a [2026] or [heart] marker on it. This will allow us to verify easily at the end of year who qualifies, as any new patron members will not have that marker.
While this is a great tool for us, it is not fool proof, so if you do happen to switch to one of the non marked tiers, but still qualify, you can email us to check^^!

What does my Prestige package contain?
