What is the MAMOREWARDS program?

MAMOREWARDS is a rewards program that allows customers to earn pts with each purchase! Every $ is 5 Pts, and you can see the amount of pts each item will give you in the product descriptions. You can redeem these pts for rewards such as discount codes or even products!

How do I join the program?

Click the star pop up on the bottom right of the page! Reminder: this reward program is separate from the website profile, so make sure you sign up via the pop up.

I am missing points, can you help?

Points only start to accrue once you sign up for the program [click the star on the bottom right of the page]. Previous purchases/orders can not be retroactively applied for points so make sure to be registered ^^! We can not apply points for unregistered purchases in the past or purchases not linked to the correct email / account.

If your issue is not the above, you can email support@mamobot.com, and we can look into it!

Can I redeem multiple rewards at once?

Yes. but you must copy and paste each code separately into the code box. Make sure to go back to your reward panel to find the older codes and add them together at once.

I redeemed an reward, but it is out of stock. What can I do?

If you redeemed a current NEW banner reward, and it is out of stock, please email us at support@mamobot.com, and we can refund your points or you can wait for the restock during the banner period ^^! At times, we will have a PREORDER option if inhands run out. If you add a PREORDER reward, please note that your entire order will be held until it is ready [5-8 weeks]

Can rewards run out?

Digital rewards such as discount code vouchers will not run out. Physical rewards may run out, however if it is a NEW reward during the active banner, it will return or have a preorder option ^^! You are guaranteed the reward if it is a NEW reward redeemed within the active banner period. Rerun items [items not marked NEW in the graphic below] are available while supplies last.

For the gauarnteed banners, if inhands run out during the promo period, we will have a PREORDER option if inhands run out. If you add a PREORDER reward, please note that your entire order will be held until it is ready [5-8 weeks]

Reminder: Redeeming a code DOES NOT guarantee IN STOCK reward. You must successfully check out with the code in order to secure. [ We unfortunately can not cap redemptions , we can only manually turn it off]

If you redeem a code, and the reward is unavailable, you may wait until it restocks to use the code or you can email support@mamobot.com and we can refund the pts

Can I change the email of my rewards account?

Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to edit your email address. If you want to use another account/email, you will have to create a new account, and only use that account. If you switch accounts this way, please let us know, and we can do a one time points transfer for earned points. We can not transfer unearned points [ purchases made prior to having an account active]

new REWARDS : 01/27 - 03/27 [launches ~10 AM PT on 1/27]

We have a new reward banner! including a bunch of reruns for our end of year banner! These 5 new items will be available either inhand or as preorder for the duration of the banner ending Jan 26th, 2026.

All NEW rewards [marked NEW] will be gauranteed during this period. The rerun rewards will be while supplies last.

All 6 of these new items will be available for the entire duration of the banner run, so no worries on it running out. If it does run out, we will open a preorder option for the reward ^^!
