6/23 UPDATE**
As of 6/23, we are no longer allowing combinations of preorders and in hands!
Preorders now will be automatically split from any in hand orders ^^! No need to do anything even if you add them to the same cart!
If you order a combination, there will be two shipping charges so the inhands will be shipped separately and your order will be split to ship what we can earlier! This only applies to new orders effective today. Any older combined preorders with inhands will be still shipped as is. We just can no longer hold in hand items mixed with preorders espeically during my office move, so please keep that in mind - Even if you are okay with the wait, they will have to be seperated.
Good news is that this means that all in hands will ship and arrive to you sooner AND with the reduced clutter, preorder fulfillment will should be even more efficient once items arrive :D!

What is a Preorder?
A preorder is an item that is not yet in hand. It is currently in production, and will be shipped out at a later time. All MAMOBOT preorders will have their estimated shipping ETAs either in the title of the product , item description, or newsletter.-Preorders allow anyone who wants to purchase an item to do so without stress or worry of something selling out! Preorder periods are usually opened for a week or so. Times vary so check each listing to see the exact end times.
I missed out on a preorder period for a collection. Will preorders be opened again once closed?
Preorder periods lasts around a week, but can be extended or reduced in some cases. While most items will have a second drop/chance in the future once all items are finished and fulfilled, there is no guarantee that there will be leftovers of preorder items in the future, so preorder is the best way to guarantee an item.

I ordered other items alongside my preorder. Will those ship out first?
-Your entire package will ship once all preorders are finished in production if you added inhand items [non preorder items] in the same order as preorder items [titled preorder in the name] as only 1 shipping fee was paid.-While you are free to combine inhand with preorders, it is recommended to split up your purchase. If you require the non preorder part of your order earlier, you may contact [support@mamobot.com] and you can request a split shipment. You will be given a link to pay for the separate postage, so your inhand items will ship out asap ^^!
How can I check the status of my preorder?
You can check the status of previous /ongoing preorders/shipping etas below ^^! All preorders will be listed here with details of the preorders [start date, end date, discounted period, promos, etc].
