How do I join?
Our beta for our trainer club link is here: If it is active/available, you can check out the subscription as normal from the shop

What will I receive?
For the mystery club package, you will receive [1] new mystery pokemallow & [1] matching vinyl sticker
All pokemallows are sold mix grade
For all packages, we are planning on adding additional perks in the future, but our focus during this beta is to make sure the declared physical items are fulfilled seamlessly first! Be on the look out for more details either through email or our community discord~

Will I know what designs will be shipped out prior to being charged?
Nope! This is a completely blind surprise mystery package!
While you will not know the design, you will be guaranteed one or two NEW pokemallow pins with matching stickers [ depending on the package]
This subscription is for pokefans who love all generations as we will be hoping to do some more niche/underrated picks alongside fan faves~ As all items will be a mystery until shipped.

Will the designs be revealed ever?
The reveal will be posted on our discord within 2 days after shipping is complete.

When will my package be shipped out?
Once charged, your package will be sent out within 30 business days [unless stated otherwise; please check discord or email us in case it has not shipped]. As this is a beta, we are doing the first rounds as preorders so they may take up to 6-8 weeks.
We hope to streamline this process to ship within 1-3 business days once we have a good idea of the demand. We expect to accomplish this by the second month of beta.

If I miss out on a club slot, will there be more chances to get the pokemallows from the trainer clubs in the regular shop?
Yes, there will be leftovers/extras for most of the pins available in the regular shop in the future. These will be scheduled drops [ check our community discord or patreon newsletters for details when they are released].

When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the day you join. All future charges will incur at the same date of the month. Ex) If you join May 22nd, you will be charged May 22nd, June 22nd, and so on.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can either cancel it on your shop pay dashboard or you can email us @ support@mamobot.com to cancel it. Please provide your email used for the sub. We can cancel anytime prior to a charge.

My payment declined! What can I do?
If your payment declined, we can retry it. Check the user dashboard. If that does not work, you can email us and we can see what we can do. We can not honor if all monthly packages have already shipped out. If you correct the payment or contact us within 1-2 days of the decline to correct, we will allow that.
Any time after that / once the mystery pin is revealed, we can no longer accept or recharge, and you will be removed from the beta testing program for the time being.

Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can skip up to 2 months as long as it is before the upcoming charge.
Once you have been charged, you can not skip the shipment even if it has not "shipped" yet.
If you skip/pause 2 or more months/charges in a calendar year, you will be removed from the program. However, this does not exclude you rejoining when the club reopens in the future! You are welcome to rejoin at a later date when it is reopened. There will be an announcement when that happens.

Can I combine the shipment with any other package/order/patreon?
Unfortunately, no. This is separate and needs to remain separate in order to streamline the process.

Can I use a discount code on this club?
Discount codes do not apply to this.

Can I get a refund or return once my order has been shipped?
As this is a blind item, there can be no returns. HOWEVER during this beta test period, if your order has NOT been shipped out yet [aka a shipping label has not been created yet], you can email us and we can cancel it. If your shipping label was already created, it is considered shipped and we are unable to cancel the order.

How do I skip a month or edit payment method or shipping addresses
To skip a month, you must go to your SHOP PAY profile.
IMPORTANT :
You must login using your SHOP PAY APP info to access. You can also find the manage subscription link via your first subscription email:

Once you're in the profile, you can change payment methods, address, etc on your own!

You will not need to email us, but you can always have us double check ^^!
